The staff are amazingly helpful too! Aaron with the maintenance staff has promptly fixed any issues I’ve had fast and with ease. Amanda the manager is always willing to help in any way possible, such as leaving delivers at your door. The doorman/security staff in the lobby 24/7 gives you that extra sense of security when you come and go.

The location and close proximity to amazing restaurants, and nightlife is unbelievable! I highly recommend checking this place out before you decide where to live next!"

"I have lived here for about 6 months and it's been fantastic. Unfortunately I have to move out of the state for work, but man do I wish I could stay. Best value in downtown Louisville and it's not even close. Everything is brand new, rooftop pool, unique community room, golf simulator, great gym. Great units with some having amazing views and steps from 4th street all at a very reasonable cost. If that wasn't enough, the staff is top notch. Amanda is the best property manager you could ever ask for. Will do whatever she can to help you. Aaron, Kevin and Jordan are all fantastic, maintenance is awesome, and even the security guards are super friendly. Truly bummed I have to leave because I really feel like I found a diamond in the rough here! Would recommend to anybody!"
