The third floor apartments are beautiful and I love the high Vaulted ceilings, and the fireplace. The view of my apartment is also to the wooded area which is beautiful around fall time. I love it here!"

"We rented a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and it was amazing. Apartment was spacious and had vaulted ceilings with a balcony. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. All the shopping , food & grocery is nearby. But unfortunately we could not continue our residency and had to terminate our lease in just a week after moving in because of my Job location. Our leasing agent was Michaela and she was very professional and friendly to work with, she responded to my emails quickly (good communication). If we ever had to move to Lansing in the future, Central Park will be our only choice."

"Excellent responsiveness from the leasing staff and maintenance crew. We had an AC unit go out and maintenance came with a brand new unit the very next day. They pay attention to the details and listen to concerns from the residents. I think the leasing office is doing an awesome job of creating community events for residents like having food trucks and vendors. It’s worth the price! I don’t know what it was like before this management but it’s a very nice place to live."
