"I moved into Aspen Lakes last year with my fiancee and it has been great so far. We live in the updated apartments near the back, which back up to the woods and give us ample privacy. We especially like the property because the landscaping is always well done and the path around the pond is nice to walk around. We appreciate how well the snow was plowed in the winter as well. The office staff has always been pleasant and helpful when we need something, and the maintenance staff is quick and does a great job on small fixes. We even got new recycling dumpster bins this winter, which is cool!"

"I’ve spent the last two years at Aspen Lakes and have been very satisfied. When I moved in, the pandemic had just begun and limited my apartment search. I was moving from out of state and unable to travel to look at the place in person before signing a lease. The staff sent me photos of the specific unit I was applying for as well as maps of the property to fully understand where it was located. When I was driving here, a family emergency meant I needed to move in a day early and well after business hours. Staff fully accommodated me by putting the key in a lockbox on my door so I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to stay for the night. Truly great service and I couldn’t be happier."
