"When we made a somewhat impromptu decision to retire and move to Naples, well, it has been blessing upon blessing. One of the blessings has been our good decision to move into Amberton Luxury Townhomes. From our first meeting with the highly competent property manager, Ms Johnson, she impressed us this was the place for us. She patiently listened to what we were looking for and told us if we could wait two weeks, just what we wanted was coming available. Man was she right!

The complex is wonderfully laid out. The club house has a small workout facility and a decent social area having an outdoor kitchen and good sized pool, both well maintained. Pet friendly too as there are many areas for pets to rake care of their business.

Six months later we have affirmed we made a good choice. Come see Ms Johnson, you’ll be glad you did!"

"The staff at Amberton are awesome. The woman on the golf cart that always makes a point to wave at me, the man who said welcome back we are glad u are here, I told him someone replaced my large trash can with a very small one and within on a day or two he found a large one for me and wrote my apartment number on it so it wouldn’t go missing again.. what really made me feel I wanted Amberton to be where I chose to live was the Manager Shalonda. She updated me during the application process, made sure I understood whatever it was I may Have needed to do or provide for the approval. I experienced some financial difficulties due to Covid, and Shalonda not only informed me of resources that could help my situation, she also went above and beyond providing me with her technological skills to ensure I didn’t miss this opportunity. I have to be honest I was not the easiest tenant to deal with for months trying to come back from this financial hardship, and even though I’m sure Shalonda was about to give up on me and my efforts to be able to stay in my townhouse- she presented me a couple months ago with an absolute blessing- me and my children would be able to continue to live in our house AND so much stress lifted off me for the next several months at Amberton. I can’t thank you enough for being so understanding and helpful Shalonda, and would def recommend Amberton in the future to anyone looking for a rental,feeling confident that they would def feel welcomed into this community and safe knowing the staff at Amberton is here for more than the job."

"The maintenance team is extremely polite and respectful. All my work orders were closed the same day and completed correctly. I would really like to acknowledge Missy, for her outstanding contributions to the community! The doggy dispensers are always properly maintained. She also does a “EXCELLENT” job at keeping the grounds clean. I walk my dog multiple times a day, and Amberton does a great job of making sure our furry friends have available resources. Missy is my favorite, however the entire maintenance team deserves positive recognition! The community is extremely safe. I enjoy watching the children playing in a safe environment. My interactions with Cinthia have been positive! She’s doing a wonderful job in her first couple of months! Shalonda has done a wonderful job at building a good team! It’s a great community!"
