"We have lived at the Valley Townhomes for 7 years, raised two daughters there (grown and out now, yay!), and my wife feels safe walking the dog at night. We have never had an issue while living here.
Ive seen a change of ownership, and many different managers pass through the leasing office during my time here, but have always been treated well by staff. Maybe it has something to do with never being late on rent once nor having a complaint lodged against me. Its amazing the treatment you get when you pay your rent, and keep the noise down (who knew?)
I recommend the Valley Townhomes, as a safe and family friendly place to live. Oh and Nick on the maintenance team rocks!"

"My family and I moved in to the Valley in August 2021. We love it here. I especially want to give Nick, one of the maintenance people, a great review. We had a number of little issues with our townhome and he came in the other day and asked me for a list of the items. I then listed them all off thinking that he wouldn't take care of them since there were a lot. But no, Nick stayed, for over an hour and completed the list with great professionalism and care. He is seeking to change to mindset of the tenants and with his enthusiasm I am sure he, and the others, will get it done. Thanks Nick!!"

"Our townhome is perfect for our family and we have all the amenities we need. With a toddler I love that they have a playground that is easy to access from our townhome. The staff is wonderful and responsive. I also enjoy the location of the townhouses. Easy access to the Beltline, highways, grocery stores and more. The property has been kept up and even adding on some new buildings. Online payment of our utilities and rent is easy through the online system offered."
